- Order shipped: In this case please reach us as soon as possible and we'll try to stop the ongoing shipment. Succeeded your request of cancel order will be furfilled, otherwise the shipment will continue. You can contact us and raise another request of cancel order when you receive the package.
We do not accept worn or damaged items that are missing the original tags.

1. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with the original tags/packaging attached, and with the hygiene sticker intact.
2. The following items are non-returnable: customized products, DIY products.
3. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts can not be returned.

Shipping & Delivery
1. How long until I receive my jewelry?
Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Processing time differs from product to product. In-stock items can be shipped within 72 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). while engraved or custom orders may take 15-20 working days.
In addition, some design products require a series of modeling procedures, which takes 5-6 weeks. Please refer to the product details page for details.

3. Where can I receive my order?

6. Will choosing express shipping shorten the production cycle?
Express shipping means that we will choose the fastest logistics for delivery, which has nothing to do with production time. Please note! If you choose express shipping and place an order for products that need to be made, it will only shorten the transportation time, not the production time.
7.Why didn't I receive all the products?
If your order contains custom-made products, ready-to-ship products,need to design products with longer production cycles, we may ship your order in multiple packages.
Multiple shipments may be used to reduce waiting time or improve delivery efficiency. You may receive separate tracking numbers for different packages.
8.What should I do if my product is lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged?
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please first check with your household members, neighbors, building management, mailbox, front desk, local post office, or carrier.
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, theft after delivery, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect delivery scans caused by the carrier or customer-provided shipping information.
If your package appears lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact us at service@vvsbox.com and contact the carrier as soon as possible. We will reasonably assist with carrier investigation or insurance claim support where available.
Depending on the shipping method, carrier investigation result, insurance coverage, and order type, we may be able to provide reshipment, remanufacturing, store discount refunds, or other solutions. Approval is not guaranteed and will be reviewed case by case.
