FAQ
📢📢Dear customer: Our customized and designed products have a production cycle. If you mind, you can place an order for in stock products, such as Cuban chains, tennis chains, and other designed and customized products that are already in stock, and we will label them. Friends who are not sure can confirm the delivery time of your shopping cart product by private message or email. Our staff will respond immediately upon seeing the information. It should be noted that alphabetical customization takes 10-20 days, photo customization takes 5 days, and the newly developed design takes about 5-6 weeks. For products with a long production cycle, in order to eliminate your concerns, we will provide you with feedback on the production progress of the product midway. If you have any questions, please contact us in a timely manner. In addition, we do not support refunds for products customized with letters, numbers, and photos as this will affect our secondary sales. Please rest assured that we will ensure the quality and aesthetics of the products are delivered to you. Thank you for your support!
Due to issues with our product category, the production cycle for plate making may be longer than other product categories. So much so that friends who purchase customized products on our website need to wait longer. Thank you very much for your support. 💡
Please do not initiate a chargeback after placing your order because you cannot wait for time.😭You can contact our customer service staff, social media private messages, etc. first, and we will process a refund for you.
In addition, as customized products are privately customized, we are unable to sell them to other customers after production, which can cause resource wastage. Therefore, please be cautious when placing orders. If there are any problems, we will communicate in a timely manner!!! ❤️❤️

If your package appears lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact us at service@vvsbox.com and contact the carrier as soon as possible. We will reasonably assist with carrier investigation or insurance claim support where available.

Craftsmanship & Maintenance
At VVSBOX, quality is always the first for creating every jewelry.
Nothing quite compares to the “forever” attachment jewelry can create. But daily wear, lotions, and cleaners can loosen stones, bend prongs, and wear down settings—often without warning. We encourage every website visitor to read this page to learn about our materials and how to care for your jewelry to extend its life.
Wearing Precautions：
No exposure to chemicals. Apply lotion, makeup, hairspray, and perfume before putting on your jewelry. This helps avoid contact with chemicals that can dull its shine.
Salt, water, chlorine, and other chemicals should not come into contact with your jewelry. Remove your jewelry when swimming, bathing, or exercising.
Jewelry Cleaning：
Lotions, soaps, and skin oils can alter the metal’s color and the optical properties of gemstones, making them look dull. When cleaning, use a soft brush to remove dirt or particles. Avoid using sharp or hard objects to clean jewelry.
Storage & Organization：
When you take off your jewelry, gently wipe each piece with a clean, soft cloth to remove oils, sweat, and surface water droplets, then let it air dry in a well-ventilated area.
If your jewelry is not used frequently, keep it stored in the provided dust bag or box.

Except for karat gold, products made of other metals will tarnish over time—it’s just a matter of time. However, our electroplated protective layer uses the best plating technology, which greatly extends the lifespan of the jewelry, so there’s no need to worry too much.
All jewelry requires our care. The precautions mentioned above are not things you cannot do, but doing them will affect the wearing lifespan of your jewelry. Thank you for your understanding!
